Monahans Rolls Past Fabens

Van Horn  Ricky Robledo had three doubles and the Monahans Loboes hammered Fabens 14-5 to move onto the Class 3A area playoffs.

The Loboes scored all seven innings and swept the Wildcats, winning 12-2 on Friday.  Monahans will face Lubbock Cooper, at a time, date and site to be determined.

Blake Hughes earned the victory, pitching six innings while Kyndrick Anderson pitched the final inning.

Ty Horton and Chase Williams added doubles for the Loboes.
