Lady Loboes rough up the Blue Devils

The Lady Loboes gave the Presidio Lady Blue Devils something to be blue about Tuesday night.

The Ladies started strong with a 17-5 run during the first quarter.

Monahans' defense held Presidio to 6 points, as the ladies put 16 on the board.

In the third, the Lady Blue Devils tried to catch up, but the Ladies held their lead with a 13-12 run.

Monahans capped the game by adding 17 points to Presidio's 11, putting a final score of 63-34.

Jenna Fann and Jacquelyn Hopkins got on the board with 20 points each.   Other top scorers  were Dina Ortiz with 7 points and Madelyn Hopkins and Candace Swarb with 4 points each.

The Ladies' next game will be played Friday against Pecos starting at 6 p.m. at the Jerry Larned Sports Complex.
