Sandhills basketball tournament this weekend

The Sandhills Basketball Tournament will be held this weekend at the High School Gym and the Jerry Larned Sports Complex.

Monahans will host 16 Varsity boys team and 7 Varsity girls team.

El Paso Riverside, Pecos, Lamesa, Levelland, Presidio, Big Spring, Midland Christian, Lubbock Estacado, El Paso Coronado, Ft Stockton, Seminole, Ft Hancock, Amarillo  Caprock, Denver City, Shallowater, El Paso Jefferson and Monahans will be competing for the Boys Sandhills Championship.

Competing for the Girls Sandhills Championship are Lubbock High, Jal N.M, El Paso Riverside, Seminole, Big Spring, Denver City, El Paso Del Valle and Monahans.

The Loboes will start their first game at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec 9. against El Paso Jefferson while the Lady Loboes will be held at the Jerry Larned Sports Complex.
