Lady Golfers Improve

Monahans hosted the second round of district 2-3A golf play, and the both Lady Lobo teams improved their standing.  Monahans I increased their district lead with a round score of 33, while Monahans II moved up to second place after shooting 350.

Leading the team was Jordan Jernigan with an 80.  Kelsey Kilcrease shot an 82 , Shelbye Hill an 85, Paige Shaw and 86, Victoria Moore an 89, Allison Parks an 82, and Courtney Rutledge an 85.  Ashton Haynes had a 90 for the day, Brittany West had a 91, Quen Carter a 92, and Hilary Salcido a 96.

"I am extremely proud of these girls. They have competed well and are still improving" said Coach Becky Hix.
