Lady Lobo Golf Faces Winds

Monahans I finished in second place in a windy weekend tournament in Fort Stockton, while Monahans I shot a 357 on Saturday and a 340 on Saturday.

Shelbye Hill finished second individually after winning a playoff with scores of 88 and 78.  Victoria Moore shot 87 and 86.  Jordan Jernigan shot a 90 and 85.  Allison Parks had a 92 and 91.  Brittany West had a 93 and 91.  Monahans II finished in fifth place with team scores of 399 and 413.  Courtney Rutledge led the team on Friday with an 89.  Quen Carter shot a 90 and 96.  Ashton Haynes shot a 115 and 100.  Amy Rose shot a 107 and 111.  Rachel Santiago shot a 113 and 106 on Saturday.

"I was really pleased with how our two teams played in the wind.  It was tough both day," said Coach Becky Hix.
