Softball hand Kermit double loss

The Lady Loboes Varsity and Junior Varsity Softball teams defeated the Kermit Yellowjackets Tuesday at Kermit. The varsity blanked Kermit by a score of 10 to 0 while the JV crossed the plate 16 times, while holding their opponent scoreless. Both the varsity and JV accomplished thier victories in only five innings each.
Coach Brian Daniels said Raquel Hawkins pitched a one-hitter for the varsity game. And Heather Schuler threw a no hitter in the JV game.
The overall record for the JV is 5-2-1. Meanwhile, the Varsity stands at 15-4 on the season, and 1-0 in district.
The Varsity will meet Pecos there at 5:00 pm today.
