Brittney White is a four-year starter on the swim
team and a
lifelong Monahans resident.
"I have always enjoyed swimming it keeps me in shape," said Brittney.
She has swum for Coach Jay Thomas since fifth grade and really likes him as a coach.

She has had lots of good times swimming but on stands out in her mind.
"When I was in swim club in sixth grade, we had a meet here in Monahans, and there were no girls to compete with me, so I swam with the boys. I beat them all in the 50 freestyle. That was very cool."

"I really like their teaching styles, they make it fun," Brittney stated.
After Brittney graduates, she would like to attend Baylor
