Lady Loboes Awarded as District Champions

The Lady Lobo varsity volleyball team was honored at a Friday afternoon pep rally.  Superintendent Keith Richardson awarded the Ladies with district championship medals.

For the sixth consecutive year, Monahans has won the volleyball district championship and completed an undefeated district season.

On Tuesday night, the Lady Loboes will take part in a game of champions against Kermit, the district 7-2A winners, in preparation for the 3A area round of playoffs.

Both teams are in  a bye during the bi-district round, which will also take place on Tuesday.
