NOTE

  • An Athletic Physical is required for participation in any UIL sport in MWPISD.

  • It is the athletes' responsibility to obtain an athletic physical before they can participate.

  • This is a one-time event and will not be repeated prior to the 2008-09 school year.

  • Athletes not taking advantage of this event, will be required to obtain a physical on their own time and usually at a greater expense.
