Welcome to the District Administration page! As Superintendent, it is both an honor and a privilege to serve a community so deeply committed to the growth, well-being, and success of our students. Having dedicated my career to public education as both an educator and an executive leader, I remain passionately focused on building educational environments where every student, staff member, and family thrives. Our administrative team works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our schools are equipped with the resources, systems, and support necessary to inspire lifelong learning.
True excellence in education requires a relentless commitment to continuous improvement. We do not rest on past achievements; instead, we actively evaluate and refine our practices to unlock new opportunities for our students and staff. Whether we are launching innovative academic programs, modernizing district operations, or enhancing community engagement, our goal is simple: to set a standard of excellence in everything we do and model that standard through purposeful, daily action.

MWPISD Superintendent
Dr. Parker, an accomplished educational leader with nearly two decades of experience in Texas public education, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Marlin ISD, where her leadership has been pivotal in achieving academic and financial turnarounds. With a proven record of driving student success, she led initiatives that helped Marlin ISD earn its first TEA acceptable academic rating in over a decade and achieve a 100% graduation rate for four consecutive years. Her leadership extends beyond the business office, having served in multiple executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director of Academics and Student Services, and high school principal. Dr. Parker holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Administration and Leadership from Walden University, multiple master’s degrees from LeTourneau University, and superintendent certification from the University of Texas at Tyler. Known for her collaborative approach, operational excellence, and deep instructional expertise, Dr. Parker brings a student-centered vision grounded in innovation and results. She is passionate about building strong school-community partnerships and ensuring that every child has access to high-quality educational opportunities. Dr. Parker looks forward to serving the students, staff, and families of Monahans-Wickett-Pyote ISD with pride, purpose, and a commitment to excellence.
