Melody Hughes – Complex Director

I have always been a fitness fanatic! I have been the Director for over 30 years and feel blessed to have a career doing what I love. I know what exercise can do for a person. Not only physically, but mentally. I've had the privilege of teaching various aerobic classes and would have to say that Kickboxing was my favorite. My toughest and most rewarding position is being the proud mom of my two now adult children Brittany Hughes Erskine and Garret "Blake" Hughes. The trophies I now love to brag about are my four beautiful granddaughters, who thankfully also love to participate in sporting activities.
