What is included in the NEW Elementary School & Upgrades?

NEW ELEMENTARY

• The new campus built on the south side of the railroad tracks with a student capacity of 900 in two wings (one dedicated to 3^rd & 4^th Grade and one dedicated to 5^th & 6^th Grade) with safety & security features
• Two gyms, separate cafeterias and playgrounds, one library, one bus drop off, and two drop-off drives

CULLENDER & TATOM UPGRADES

• Front entrance upgrades, safety & security upgrades, interior paint & flooring, exterior finishes, and restroom repairs & upgrades, roof & HVAC replacements, electrical upgrades, accessibility improvements, new playgrounds, exterior doors, energy-efficient windows, and sidewalk replacements
• New parking lot and exterior awning at Cullender
• New bus drive with shade canopy and cafeteria sound system at Tatom
